Sports Massage increases flexibility and range of movement. This results in a faster healing process and has the unique benefit of breaking down scar tissue, which can otherwise lead to reduced tissue mobility. The treatment assists injury through early detection of muscle dysfunction. It also promotes faster recovery after training and competition at both physical and psychological levels. Our treatment room are well-equipped with the state of the art facilities including ultrasound, laser therapy and hydraulic table. Should a doctor/physiotherapist referral is required we have a list of medical specialist we can recommend to you.

Massage Practitioners are registered with professional massage association and registered with all private health funds. HICAPS are also available for the on-the-spot rebates with most health funds. (Except HCF but will give a receipt)
