Remedial Massage

Swedish Massage

Involved a variety of techniques specifically designed to gently relax the muscles by applying pressure to them against the deeper muscles and bones. It allows increase of oxygen flow in blood and help release toxins from the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

Treatment involved deep muscle compression and friction along a particular muscle which designed to reach deep sections of thick muscles specifically individual muscle fibres. It aims to unlock fibres of the muscles and releases both toxins and deep held tension points.


The feet is considered a mirror image of the body, its corresponding parts of the body can be triggered by the appliance of pressure, stretching and movement to the feet. With those applications, the patterns of stress in other parts of the body can be break up.

Traditional Chinese Massage

This form of treatment has been used for over 2000 years. Treatment may use acupuncture, exercise or massage. Its aim is to adjust and harmonies Yin and Yang (inner and outer), body and mind.

Shiatsu (Japanese Massage)

Utilizes natural body weight to apply pressure to the body’s meridians and assisted stretching techniques. It stimulates circulation and removes deep seated tensions from the muscles.

Stepping Back Massage

Treatment consists of applying pressure to the acupressure points along the meridian lines of the body by using the feet.

NEW Hot Stone Massage

This form of therapeutic massage dates back to ancient times. It involves placing heated, smooth and flat stones at specific points on the back, arms and/ or legs to warm and relaxe the muscles in order to remove muscular tension without using strong pressure.
